Virginie is a plant-loving, science-based food lover with a strong urge to empower people to become better versions of themselves. She stays low key active by walking everywhere. And has a life hack against binge eating by forgetting to bring a cotton bag to the store, refusing a plastic bag and only being able to carry that much home. The struggle is real.
Virginie graduated from Ghent University, Belgium, with an MSc in Health Promotion, and has a bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics. She’s a Junior Manager within the Food & Health Science team at the European Food Information Council (EUFIC).
