Rachel lives on an off-grid homestead in the Hautes Pyrénées. When she isn’t working for FoodUnfolded®, she is rebuilding her once-abandoned farmhouse, looking after her animals, or foraging for food with a baby in her backpack. 



 

EXPERIENCE

Rachel is an editor and writer at FoodUnfolded®. Before working with FoodUnfolded®, she was a researcher writer for Eden Project and a freelance writer in the regenerative agriculture space. She has qualifications in soil microbiology, regenerative gardening, and soil advocacy. She stays up late reading textbooks about carbon farming and ecosystem restoration – for fun.
