Rachel lives on an off-grid homestead in the Hautes Pyrénées. When she isn’t working for FoodUnfolded®, she is rebuilding her once-abandoned farmhouse, looking after her animals, or horse riding in the mountains. She also studies plant medicine for livestock and looks after the local currency.

EXPERIENCE

Rachel is an editor and writer at FoodUnfolded®. Before working with FoodUnfolded®, she was a researcher writer for Eden Project and a freelance writer in the regenerative agriculture space. She has qualifications in soil microbiology, regenerative gardening, and soil advocacy. She stays up late reading textbooks about carbon farming and ecosystem restoration – for fun.
