Jörg UllmannBIOJörg Ullmann is a graduate biologist, author of popular science books on algae, amateur diver and amateur algae cook. In the small town of Klötze in north-eastern Germany, he runs one of the largest microalgae farms in Europe with his company. The company largely produces biomass from the microalgae spirulina and chlorella. Ullmann is also the initiator of many scientific cooperation projects on the subject of algae and wants to raise people's awareness of them as a foodstuff with many campaigns and initiatives - such as "World Algae Day" on October 12th.EXPERIENCE
