Michelle is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Global Food Security, Queen’s University Belfast. She is interested in all thing’s food-related and loves indoor spinning classes (especially when they are over!).
Michelle completed her BSc Human Nutrition degree at the University of Ulster. This was followed by a PhD in diet and health at Queen’s University Belfast. Michelle’s research focuses on studying food chain actors’ (mostly consumer) evaluations of food quality, safety and nutrition.
