Bio

Carolina is an Argentinean living in Paris. She is deeply curious by the marvels of this world and believes that research can be an asset of social improvement. She is very concerned by sustainability topics. She also loves arts, crafts, traveling and cats.

Experience

Carolina is a biochemist graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. She has completed her studies with post graduate degrees in clinical research and scientific communication. She has worked in personal care industry, endocrinology, and for about 12 years in probiotics, nutrition and health benefits' communication of functional foods for Danone. Today she works for Danone Nutricia Research (the research and innovation organization of Danone) that builds bridges between science and food, in line with the vision of the company "One Planet, One health".
