Andrei is a fervent Environmental Researcher and Science Writer, specialising in biodiversity and global change. His deep-seated love for nature, coupled with a relentless curiosity, propels his exploration of the intricate ties between biodiversity, climate change, and human society. Whether it's hiking through wilderness trails or diving into the depths of a riveting science book, Andrei is always at home with nature. He's always enthralled by the wonders of the natural world, from the complexity of microbial ecosystems to the symbiotic relationships of forest flora and fauna.

EXPERIENCE

Andrei is completing his Biodiversity and Global Change MSc at University College London, following a First Class Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Warwick. His academic pursuits have led him to delve into diverse research projects, spanning areas from peat-free compost to the mental health benefits of social eating. Hoping to share his various insights and findings, his writing found its way into various publications such as The Kingfisher, Resilience.org, and Conservation Magazine.
