This traditional recipe:

  • 50 grams of Basil
  • 60 / 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 40g of percorino cheese
  • 60g parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove without core
  • 30g pine nuts
  • 1 tea spoon of coarse salt
