Traditional Pork Dumpling Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb minced pork meat (30% fat, 70% lean muscle
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 1/2 bunch Chinese chive
  • Ginger (minced)
  • 2 stalks of diced spring onion
  • 1 egg
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice wine
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Fine white pepper
  • Water
  • Dumpling wrappers (pre-made)

Vegetarian Dumpling Ingredients:

  • 1/2 minced cabbage
  • 1/2 minced carrot
  • 1 celery (minced)
  • 5 button mushrooms (minced)
  • 5 woodear mushrooms (minced)
  • 1/2 bunch coriander (minced)
  • 1/4 Ginger (minced)
  • Cooked rice vermicelli (minced)
  • 2 stalks of diced spring onion
  • 2 eggs (cooked and scrambled)
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Fine white pepper
  • Water
  • Dumpling wrappers (pre-made)
