Thomas is a Coffee Roaster for Leftfield Coffee Roasters. He has two years roasting experience and 7 years barista experience in cafés around Western Australia.  Thomas also has a background in Commerce with a Finance and Business Law Degree from the University of Western Australia. Thomas is also an avid surfer, skater, music and food lover.
