Sofia KuhnDirector of Public Engagement EIT FoodBIOSofia is one of the founders of FoodUnfolded®. She is driven by the notion that a more thorough understanding of the world around us will lead to a better world. By creating FoodUnfolded® she hopes to encourage openness, critical thinking and creative dialogue around topics with environmental, societal and health impacts. Sofia also has a passion, bordering on obsession, for all things equestrian.EXPERIENCESofia is heading up the Public Engagement Team at EIT Food. Before joining EIT Food, Sofia worked in various science communication and public outreach positions across Europe. She has a BSc in Biological Sciences from King’s College London and a MSc in Science Communication from Imperial College London.
