Author, speaker and food awards judge, Sarah is co-founder of the sustainable beekeeping practice Bermondsey Street Bees. A Bologna-trained Honey Sommelier, she works with leading chefs and bartenders worldwide. A member of the Guild of Food Writers, Sarah also writes and speaks on issues around bees, sustainability, and regeneration, often in support of the Slow Food Movement.

Her bestselling book ‘Planting for Honeybees’ (Quadrille, 2018) is published in five languages and her latest title, ‘The Wild Bee Handbook’ (Quadrille, 2023), explores the wild bee species whose pollinations underpin food diversity.
