Petra FaitschDACH Editor BIOPetra is the Editor for FoodUnfolded® DACH. Her passions include sustainable agriculture, food security and biodiversity as well as all things plants. Besides this, she is working on being able to bake a traditional French baguette one day. EXPERIENCEPetra holds two state examinations in law with a focus on European law, followed by a diploma in journalism. She wrote her final thesis about the World Food Programme of the United Nations. Before joining the FoodUnfolded® team, she worked in the cultural sector in Germany and Brussels, and gave lessons to refugees.
