Bio

Olatz has been working in PR and Events for as long as she can remember. Her passions are music and food; or food and music, so when she’s not cooking, in the market or discovering new restaurants, you can find her dancing at her local club. In a good day she would be doing both.

Experience

Olatz graduated in Media and Business from the University of London and she is now enrolled in a Social Responsibility postgraduate degree. Her professional experience lies on anything Comms: PR, Events, Marketing and Branding.

Her interest in food began at the Basque Culinary Center, where she worked as a Comms Manager. Since then, she has worked with a variety of food brands and she’s even done an eight-episode docuseries, about young European farmers, called Rural Rebels.
