BIO

Nandini was brought up in Chennai, India where flavorful and spicy food was the part of everyday life. She moved to Sweden in the early 80s. Nandini is a self-made cook. Though she first learned how to cook out of necessity, cooking eventually turned into a passion. Family has been her focal point in her life. Parallel to work life, writing has been her long-time dream besides her love for diving and hiking with her family.

EXPERIENCE

In 2016, she graduated from Aalborg University, Denmark with an MA in Consumption and Market Communication. She has since been working as a sales coordinator in various international companies.
