Lisa Hücking

BIO

Since 2020, Lisa has been a Senior Policy Advisor in the “Politics and External Relations” department of the not-for-profit Deutsche Welthungerhilfe (World Hunger Heko) in Berlin. In this role, she works on major German, European and international political events to eliminate hunger and malnutrition. She enjoys reading, cooking and eating, and loves to be near water.

EXPERIENCE

Lisa studied European Studies and Political Science in Maastricht and Berlin. She works in political consulting, specialising in foreign and development policy and agricultural and food policy issues. She has previously worked as a research assistant for Green members of the Bundestag, for the NGO umbrella organization “International Civil Society Center”, and as an office manager for the author, cook and activist Sarah Wiener.
