Bio

Kirstyn is a graphic designer at the European Food Information Council, where she collaborates with nutritionists, to whom she poses her many burning questions about food. She has come a long way since the day it took her two hours to eat her dinner as a child and these days she’s far more enthusiastic about all things food!

Experience

Kirstyn holds a BA (Hons) in Visual Communication from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin with an Erasmus spent studying at the Haute École d’Art et de Design, Geneva. She worked as a designer at award-winning Dublin studio, Design Factory before moving to Brussels, where she graduated from Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts with an Executive Master in Food Design. Nowadays she works at combining her two greatest passions in life: design and food!
