Fabienne RuaultBIOFabienne is part of EIT Food’s Public Engagement team. She has been brought-up on a small organic farm in the west of France which influenced the way she now feels about food. In her spare time, you can find her working at her local participatory food cooperative or preparing her homemade cleaning products, her yogurt or her lacto-fermented vegetables.EXPERIENCEFabienne has two master degree in European Studies and Law from the University of Strasbourg and the IEHEI. She has spent the last 11 years working as a programme manager on diverse European Projects at the European Commission and at EIT Food. Today, she focusses on the implementation of EIT Food Public Engagement projects designed to engage with different audiences through sharing knowledge, creating dialogue and engagement.
