Bio

Anisha is the Editor at FoodUnfolded, the Creative Director of Naughty Bites and a member of the Guild of Food Writers. She also specialises in EU Food Policy and is a food sustainability consultant. Anisha has also been awarded the Prix de l’OIV 2021OIV in 2021 for her scholarly publication Wine Law and Policy. 

Experience

Anisha has written in food and drink magazines in the United Kingdom and Australia to the National in the United Arab Emirates, covering articles related to the birth of wine and olive oil, food and identity, and food and the media. In addition, she has also published articles for various initiatives from the EU Commission. On the side, Anihsa captures the nauty side of food, "Naughty Bites" through her podcast
