Alice GrønhøjBIOAlice Grønhøj works as an associate professor at the MAPP Centre – Research on Value Creation in the Food Sector for Consumers, Industry and Society – which is located at Aarhus University in Denmark. Her research focuses on children, adolescents, and ‘the family’ as consumers and on consumer socialisation (how we learn to become consumers) within the realm of the family and in broader social networks. Key interest areas are healthy and sustainable diets and behavioural change strategies. EXPERIENCEAlice has more than 20 years of experience as a university researcher and lecturer and has participated in a large number of national and international research collaborations. She also contributes to research-based input to public policy through project management on commissioned reports prepared for the Danish Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Fisheries.
